If you suspect that you suffer from an allergy to alder pollen, you can take a blood test to find out if you have high levels of IgE antibodies, which is an indication of allergy.
It is important to note that an allergy test cannot detect or rule out an allergy 100%, the analysis can be used as a supplement to your possible symptoms and disease picture.
