Information about Health check weight loss

Feeling frustrated about struggling with weight loss? The answers you seek may actually lie in your health data. Perhaps you have a metabolic disorder that is holding back your progress, a lack of essential nutrients or an underlying illness. The health check designed for you who plan to lose weight or are already in the middle of your weight loss journey. The purpose of the health check is to give you better conditions for a successful weight journey by analyzing and interpreting relevant biomarkers in order to identify any deviations.

Improve your metabolism:

Our carefully selected biomarkers, including thyroid hormones (TSH, T3, T4), insulin and glucose, give you in-depth insight into how your body regulates energy and metabolism. With this information, you can optimize your diet and exercise to promote fat burning and reach your weight loss goals more effectively.

Nutrition status for success:

A balanced nutritional status is essential for sustainable weight loss. By evaluating your levels of vitamin B12, iron and calcium, we can identify any nutritional deficiencies that may affect your energy levels and support your overall health.

Liver status and organ function:

The analysis also includes assessment of your liver health by analyzing ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) levels. These markers provide insight into how your liver and organs are functioning, which is important for your overall health and metabolism. By understanding these values, you can get a clearer picture of how your body is responding to your weight loss efforts and make the necessary adjustments to maximize your results.

Proteins are specific nutrients made up of several combined amino acids. In the body, there are over 10,000 different proteins that form the building blocks of all tissues and other body parts and are used in several important processes such as forming cells, enzymes and hormones.
